Hirsch Group (formerly Vitaprotech) is a leading provider of premium security solutions (intrusion detection, access control, and video surveillance) for professional sites, particularly sensitive locations.Founded in 2012, the group now brings together three companies (Hirsch, Prysm, and ARD), covering all security needs with one of the most comprehensive and advanced offerings on the market.Backed by Seven2 and BPI, the group is pursuing an ambitious international expansion strategy and currently employs more than 700 people worldwide.MISSIONSReporting to the Finance Department and under the supervision of the CFO EMEA, the Accountant will handle various transactions in accordance with established procedures and will be responsible for the accuracy and reliability of the accounts for our German subsidiary.Your responsibilities will include:Managing day-to-day accounting activitiesPerforming bank reconciliationsHandling expense reportsManaging corporate credit cardsAccounts receivable accountingAccounts payable accountingManaging monthly, quarterly, and annual closingsPreparing tax returns (VAT, Intrastat declarations, corporate income tax, etc.)Cash flow planningImproving internal processesParticipating in various finance-related projectsPROFILEMinimum of 5 years of experience in accountingFluent in English and German (French is a plus but not required)Strong knowledge of German accounting standardsDetail-oriented, organized, and responsive, with the ability to prioritize tasksAutonomous and proactiveStrong interpersonal skills, with analytical and synthesis abilitiesA true business partner mindsetCommitted and proactive in suggesting improvements??
